Adult Plan

2 routine exams per year
2 professional cleanings per year
1 set of bitewing x-rays
1 emergency exam (if needed)
15% discount on all other treatments

Child Plan (under 14)

2 routine exams per year
2 professional cleanings per year
1 set of bitewing x-rays
1 fluoride treatment
15% discount on all other treatments

Periodontal Maintenance Plan

4 periodontal maintenance cleanings per year
2 routine exams per year
1 set of bitewing x-rays
